Chakras
Introduction
The word Chakra is a Sanskrit word, meaning vortex, spinning wheel or circle. We have tons of chakras in our body, but we have 7 principle energy centers in our physical vehicle that serves as junction points between the body and consciousness, or between matter and the mind. If the chakras aren’t aligned with each other, you can feel physical, mental or spiritual problems. The chakras are described as a column of energy from the base of the spine to the top of the head. All chakras have specific colors and every twin flame divine couple are linked within their own chakras. Each of your chakras system holds a mini Universe in it, you can explore it one by one individually or collectively, the choice is yours to make. Chakras are still very well misunderstood but they are the keys to the understanding of and access to the Universe.

The Crown Chakra
The Sahasrara Chakra, meaning “one thousand” or “lotus flower of 1000 petals”, to me its represent the flower of life where we are all individual sparks of creation inter-connected with each other to form a gigantic web of light implying that our soul energies are vast and unlimited. This is the Chakra we call the Crown, that opens the connection with the Divine Source of All that Is. This is the gateway where we would feel enlightenment to find once again our own Divinity. This chakra is all about the wisdom, the knowing that you are an extension of your source pool, and that you are living in this illusion that is a dream to have diverse experiences throughout the vast dimensions and galaxies of the Universe. It would give you a deep knowings that you are not only a physical body, but a soul that are unlimited living a human experience on Earth.
The Sahasrara is symbolized by 1000 petals of flower and all of the 50 letters of the Sanskrit alphabet are repeated on each petal. When the crown chakra is fully open, you will be able to move between the third, fourth and fifth dimension of existence as you will be able to transmute easily and transform the lowers energies into positiveness. You will also be able to receive plenty of inner guidance from your Higher Self/I AM Presence and you will be open to follow your highest path. The Cosmos are the seventh element that is associated with this chakra as it is linked with the Infinite Universe, this energy is everywhere around us and is immaterial.
The color associated with this chakra is purple and represent the royalty, power, wisdom, devotion, magic, mystery and peace not only of the soul, but also of the mind. This chakra is the ultimate center where the Kundalini embraces itself as one energy that has been all working in symbioses with the other six below chakras to rise to the top in the crown chakra, this is like the seat center of the Kundalini. When it’s truly awakened, we would feel a sudden sense of deep clarity and experience profound bliss. You will became aware of your connection with the universe and understand that the truth you have been seeking all along resides in you and you will understand your divine purpose. You will become filled with joy, unconditional love for this beautiful creation and infinite knowledge accessed through your Higher Self. It has been represented as the union between Shakti and Shiva, beautiful Indian Deities that represent the Sacred Merging of you with your Higher Consciousness.
How to know if your Crown Chakra is unbalanced? If it’s under-active, you can feel these symptoms: deep lack of purpose in your life, asking yourself what you are here for and why, could feel unloved and angry at the Source of All that Is or even being afraid of dying, and the list goes on, you can be assured that you are indeed unbalanced. In the counterpart, if you feel: amazing intuitive knowledge and deep inner guidance, being aware of your divine self and that you are never separate from the Source of All that Is, you can be sure that you are very well balanced! If your Chakra is over-active you can feel: you would have trouble to ground yourself and feel mostly spaced out or can even feel a God-complex. This is why, it is important to have a good balance. It is the key; we need balance between under-active and over-active, a perfect balance to feel amazing is what we are all striving for.
What to do in case of unbalance?
I personally suggest wearing purple clothes. You could also imagine a ball of purple energy in your hand and bounce it where your crown chakra is and make it glow lighter gradually. You can also use crystals, wear it as jewelries or place them in your jean pockets, all purple ones are good like: Amethyst, Purple Fluorite, Peacock Ore and even Celestite, etc. You can meditate and open your heart space center to enter a deep communion with your Higher Self. If you like the aromatherapy energy you can light up incenses like Lavender, Sandalwood, and Rosewood, it can help too.

The Third Eye Chakra
The Ajna Chakra, meaning “command”, is indicating where its situated, at the gateway that opens yourself to the higher dimensions, where you could learn to tune into the consciousness pool, this chakra is also known as the Third eye. Ajna is the eye of knowledge where all can be seen through visions while receiving profound knowings. It is from this chakra that you can access the Divine Supreme power of all-seeing and all-knowing, the seat for psychic power to arise.
We had been taught to believe that this chakra only possess a third eye, but in truth, you can find a fourth and fifth eye that exist in the crystal body, more you expand your vibration towards the higher dimensions, more you will have access to the other eyes. The third eye is situated at the center of your forehead slightly above and between the eye-brows and serves as we what said earlier. The fourth eye brings the ability to see into the I AM, bringing forward the ability to talk with your spirit guides and Higher Self, gives you the possibilities to tap into the energy of the Universe and this eyes is situated a little above the center of the forehead. The fifth eye is a gift from the Universal Mother and brings forward the ability to see through her eyes as in seeing Sacredness in everything we look at and this eye is situated on our hairline.
The Ajna is symbolized by two beautiful petaled lotus. The left petal is the letter ham which represents the energy of the Moon and the right petal is the letter ksham which represents the Sun. Within the lotus is drawn a perfect round circle that symbolizes the “void” and the symbol "OM" is written there. The symbol "OM" is known to be the sacred syllable representing the “God” Brahman that embodies the omnipotent and omnipresent Source of All That Is of existence. It is also a Fire Letter or Universal language of Light representing both the unmanifest and manifest aspects of God, this is why it is called “pranava” as it means that it pervades life and runs through our prana/breath. The "OM" also represents the four Divine states of Bragma known as metta (loving kindness), karuna (compassion), mudita (sympathetic joy), and upekkha (equanimity). The Light is the sixth element that is associated with this chakra, this element is very versatile and holds a higher and faster vibration than sound. It is one of man's dream to be able to voyage by the speed of light, through the thoughts and words are able to do so. The ability of your words/thoughts are so powerful that it can ripple across the Universe before being transmuted into energies.
The color associated with this chakra is Indigo and represents the midnight sky canvas that permits the stars to shine their sparkling light throughout the galaxies, representing also intuition, perception and wisdom. This chakra helps also in the Kundalini rising since it’s all working in symbioses with the other five below chakras. When the Kundalini rise through the Ajna chakra, you will feel your Divine clairvoyance opening to be able receive Divine Truth and visions coming from the higher dimensions and it will activate your physical vehicle to be able to hold a huge amount of light quotients.
How to know if your Third Eye Chakra is unbalanced? If it’s under-active, you can feel these symptoms: having difficulty to understand the spiritual side of existence, lacking intuitions, common sense, and the list goes on, you can be assured that you are indeed unbalanced. In the counterpart, if you feel: able to receive message from your Spirits Guides or Higher Self and opening yourself to the wonders of the Universal consciousness, you can be sure that you are very well balanced! If your Chakra is over-active you can feel: frequent headaches, be over-intellectual in your thinking or experience huge amount of stress. This is why, it is important to have a balance. It is the key; we need balance between under-active and over-active, a perfect balance to feel amazing is what we are all striving for.

The Throat Chakra
The Vishuddha Chakra, meaning “pure place”, is where the power of words truly lies. Vishuddha is the expression and purification center of all the chakras and is also known as the Thoat Chakra. It is from this chakra that you can feel how to truly speak your voice to be heard and where the Divine can share the right words in Divine timing to share with you guidance but also to help you guide others in their paths. You have to make peace with your expression center as it is very important to do so to be able to feel the Divine expression of God flowing through this beautiful blue chakra.
This Chakra is also special because the symbolic word of this energy center can be seen as in the collarbone form that looks mostly like a V. The Vishuddha is symbolized by sixteen petaled lotus and on each petal there are the letters: am, aam, im, eem, um, oom, rim, reem, lrim, lreem, em, aim, om, aum, am, and ah. At the center of the lotus, a beautiful white circle is drawn to represent the element of the Ether in our physical temple. The Ethers is the fifth element that is associated with this chakra, this element has no physical forms in this dimension and can only be access through the shift of our vibrations to the highest dimensions, only then can we tap into its essence to feel the Divine Guidance flowing through you. This Chakra when fully opened will enable you to truly speak what you wish to bring into manifestation in the physical, because you will have the power through your expression center to know the right words to say in the exact time to shift the energy to co-create what you truly deserve and desire to experience.
The color associated with this chakra is blue and represent peace, serenity, spirituality and infinity. This chakra helps also in the Kundalini rising (even though some believe that this chakra is not used but it is!) since it’s all working in symbioses with the four others below chakras. When the Kundalini rises through the Vishuddha chakra, you will feel a deep sacredness coming from each sound and vibration that you will feel as if they are alive and sacred (for example, the wind, the singing of the birds, the sounds of water, etc). You will feel inclined to tune into the frequencies of natures and animals how we are all interconnected with All That Is through a complex but beautiful sacred geometry representing the flower of life.
How to know if your Throat Chakra is unbalanced? If it’s under-active, you can feel these symptoms: unable to express yourself, feeling always misinterpreted or misunderstood, and the list goes on, you can be assured that you are indeed unbalanced. In the counterpart, if you feel: free to speak your truth, words coming easily as you to express yourself and you are able to help others easily through your words, you can be sure that you are very well balanced! If your Chakra is over-active you can feel: quick to be critical, very opinionated as only your own opinion matters or can’t stop yourself to verbally abuse others. This is why, it is important to have a balance. It is the key; we need balance between under-active and over-active, a perfect balance to feel amazing is what we are all striving for.

The Solar Plexus Chakra
The Manipura Chakra is divided into two words, firstly “mani” meaning jewel and “pura” meaning city, and is called the jewel city where our own willpower comes from. It is also linked to the central sun of the Universe which gives the name of the SOLAR plexus for this chakra because indeed, it is linked with the SUN power. It is a very important chakra too; it’s responsible for distributing the prana or life force to the whole human framework. Manipura is also associated with the bonding process of twin flames. When the dna sun template is activated in both twin flames, they would feel each other's pulling to merge together from this chakra. This is where the FLAME of twin flame burn proudly and embody our access to our divine feminine and masculine to become oneness.
The Manipura is symbolized by a ten petaled lotus. On each petal there are the letters: pham, dam, dham, nam, tam, tham, dam, dham, nam, and pam. Manipura is your “Center of Power” where your inner self-confidence truly lies; this is your own personal power. Fire is the element of this chakra: feeling the warmness of the SUN is the best or being near a fire camp to admire that FLAME that is also burning inside us gives the same result.

Feeling the air playing with your hair and take deep breathes to feel it in your “gut” that you are whole and you will feel the power of this energy moving freely there. If you like the aromatherapy energy you can light up incenses like rosewood, sandalwood, chamomile, jasmine and also rosemary, it can help too.
The Sacral Chakra
The Swadhisthana chakra is divided into two words, firstly Swa meaning "one's own" and Adhisthana meaning "the place of residence”, and is the second one of the seven primary chakras of your physical vehicle. It is the seat of your soul, where I do believe is the primary connection of the twin flame is from because the sacral chakra is the place of residence of two flames to becoming ONENESS. When the sacral chakra is balanced, the pulling and desire becomes so powerful between the twin flames that it clears the way for their physical meeting and union since this is also the chakra that concerns relationships, it is one of the profound point of linking the twin flames together on multiple levels of love and intimacy. It is where part of the solid foundations are created.
The Sacral Chakra is also where all memories of relationships are stored, if you had lived bad relations or abuses, it can still be where your fear of fulfilling a happy relationship lies. The Swadhisthana chakra symbol is represented by a six petaled orange colored lotus. On each petal there are the letters: bam, bham, mam, yam, ram and lam. It is the center of our creativity and our feelings. Water is the element of this chakra, and like the water element the energies coming from it can hit you by waves.
The color associated with this chakra is orange and are often associate with the power of our divine creative energies, where the creation truly lies. The orange color symbolizes warmth, energy, happiness, optimism, spontaneity and brings a positive outlook. This chakra helps also in the Kundalini rising because it is working in symbioses with the Root Chakra.
How to know if your Sacral Chakra is unbalanced? If it’s under-active, you can feel these symptoms: lack of creativity, insecure, fatigue disorders, low sex-drive, cold, distant, fear to be yourself and the list goes on, you can be assured that you are indeed unbalanced. In the counterpart, if you feel: amazing self-confidence, freeness, creativity outburst, sexual desires, sensuality, emotional intuition, friendly, loved, you can be sure that you are very well balanced! If your Chakra is over-active you can feel: over emotional, depressed, create dramas, unhealthy attachments, boundaries issues, over sex-drive or if you have physical or mental tensions, etc. This is why, it is important to have balance. It is the key; we need balance between under-active and over-active, a perfect balance to feel amazing is what we all are strive for.

The Root Chakra
The Muladhara chakra, meaning "base" or "root", is the first one of the seven primary chakras of your physical vehicle. It is the chakra of survival, like a tree our vehicle needs to stay grounded with the energetic roots to the Earth below our feet. If we aren’t grounded, we can have a feeling of being light headed and a sensation of flying, that’s why it is important to stay grounded to be aware of what's happening around ourselves.
It is also the base of our survival, which regulates our primary needs, like: food, air, water, sleep, clothes, shelter, sex, trust, family, etc. The Muladhara chakra is represented by a four petaled lotus. On each petal are the letters: vam, sham, sam and sham. Earth is the element of this chakra, walking bare feet or sitting near a tree is symbolic to feel yourself reunited with Gaïa's core energy.
The color associated with this chakra is red and has been known as the “sacred fire” that is nourished by the energy of fire inside and outside us. Red color symbolizes life, strength, vitality, passion but also the heat, fire or anger. This is the chakra who greets the Kundalini, the core energy of the earth that nourishes our will to survive and the force of life. The Root Chakra is the foundation of our energy and links us to the physical world that gave us a solid ground from which we can establish a balance in order to ascend to higher awareness.
How to know if your Base Chakra is unbalanced? If its under-active, you can feel these symptoms: a lack of energy, loss of interest in the world in general, obsess over stuff, envy, selfishness, jealousy, angriness, upset and the list go on for those “hard” emotions, you can be assured that you are indeed unbalanced. In the counterpart, if you feel: happy to live, joyful, grounded, secure, and amazing, you can be sure that you are very well balanced! If your Chakra is over-active you can feel: materialistic, greedy, problem with sex-drive, annoyance, aggressive, self-worth, disconnect from the world, etc. This is why, it is important to have balance. It is the key, we need balance between under-active and over-active, a perfect balance to feel amazing is what we are all striving for.

I personally suggest wearing red colored clothes. Tried it already, works wonderful. You could also imagine a ball of red energy in your hand and bounce it where your base chakra is and make it glow lighter gradually. You can also use crystals, wear them as jewelries or place them in your jean pockets, all red ones are good, like: Red Jasper, Bloodstone, Ruby, Rose Quartz, Garnet, etc. You can also walk with your bare feet in the herb garden or at the beach; it will help your energy to ground with the Earth. Dancing is another option, it lets you express your natural creativity and bring in joy. If you like the aromatherapy energy you can light up incense like sandalwood, rose or my all-time favourite, patchouli, can help too.
